Adding Heat!



We add heat to our wing sauce recipes a few different ways.

  • Use X-HOT Franks Red Hot vs Traditional Franks.

  • Use less Oil(butter Margarine.)

  • For a little extra heat add some cayenne peppers, flakes for a bit more

  • For even more also add some habanero powder and flakes. The peppers each hit with heat differently. Cayenne is early and habanero delayed.

  • Always test and get the heat where you and your customers want it. If you are tryin to go super hot, add some Ghost Pepper, Carolina Reaper, and/or Scorpion Trinidad.

  • One of the best things about our mixes is the ability to make them uniquely your own. Including getting the heat where you want it.
