  • Full commercial bag of mix
  • 4C Red Hot Cayenne Pepper Sauce or Other Cayenne Sauce
  • 3C Melted/Liquid Margarine

HOT

  • Full commercial bag of mix
  • 4C Red Hot Cayenne Pepper Sauce or Other Cayenne Sauce
  • 2C Melted/Liquid Margarine

X-HOT

  • Full commercial bag of mix
  • 4C Red Hot Cayenne Pepper Sauce or Other Cayenne Sauce
  • 1.5C Melted/Liquid Margarine
  • Add additional heat additives as desired, Cayenne Pepper, Habanero Pepper, Ghost Pepper, Carolina Reaper etc.

  • 1C Red Hot Cayenne Pepper Sauce or Other Cayenne Sauce
  • 2C Sriracha
  • 3C Melted/Liquid Margarine

BBQ SAUCE

  • Full commercial bag of mix
  • 4C Ketchup
  • 1/4C Mustard
  • 1/2C Melted/Liquid Margarine

ALE RECIPE

  • Full commercial bag of mix
  • 2C Red Hot Cayenne Pepper Sauce or Other Cayenne Sauce
  • 2C of Ale of choice reduced via boiling
  • 3C Melted/Liquid Margarine​

​Margarine alternatives:
Instead of melted butter or margarine try coconut oil, pan and grill oil, Virgin Olive Oil, or ghee (clarified) butter at the same ratio.
